My son took my car there to fix a broken door latch. The service rep said they have to test what the problem was, result was that the Latch is broken. Exactly what my son told them. They charged my cred The service rep said they have to test what the problem was, result was that the Latch is broken. Exactly what my son told them. They charged my credit card $200+/- for the test and said it will cost $700 approximately. I can not afford the cost so the rep said we have a week or 2(?) to decide if I want the door fixed. I guess someone was told about my son being upset. Somebody called me and I told her the problem, she said she'll find out what happened and she would call me back. No call back since then.. I have 2 Hyundai and I love my cars but I will not recommend your dealership and your service . More
