Service advisor does not engage or make you feel like you are an appreciated customer. Not sure why as I leased my vehicle from this dealership. I think even for a standard maintenance service, all services are an appreciated customer. Not sure why as I leased my vehicle from this dealership. I think even for a standard maintenance service, all services should be treated as if your business matters. Advisor was rude- did not help me with getting a ride back home. Very nonchalant attitude. Advisor did not assist with any feedback on tires, brakes, or explain in detail what my service entailed. I don’t like coming to Hyundai puente hills but I need to take care of my car. More
