Purchased a brand new truck. Salesmen added on the "dealer incentives packages". I told them several times I did not want them. Salesmen said they were already on the vehicle. I called LoJack and found out it was NEVER installed on my vehicle. The door Edge Guards were NEVER installed on vehicle! I began calling 2 days after purchase date. The 1st day, they hung up on me 17 times! I called 28 days in a row....they would transfer me to no where....put me on hold...or tell me the 7 Salesmen I dealt with were not available. Left my name and number 20 times. A manager NEVER called me back. Complete fraud to charge a consumer for an item they DID NOT RECEIVE. Could not get contact information for the owner or Gen. Manager....phone extensions have no voice mail. Very frustrating until I informed them I was reporting to social media and all entities that deal with Fraud. Over 35 days and I still don't have my money back. Rated "F" on the BBB for a reason. The Salesmen need to grow up and take responsibility for lying. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! These guys are the most corrupt, unprofessional people you will ever deal with! I was completely lied to about my warranty by the employee working in These guys are the most corrupt, unprofessional people you will ever deal with! I was completely lied to about my warranty by the employee working in the finance department. My wife and I were told everything would be covered bumper to bumper. I paid almost $3,000 for this warranty. My van has had 3 different issues since we bought it and somehow all of them have not been covered under warranty. Now that a cylinder head went out and it's going to be 4 grand worth of work, they are telling me that they switched my warranty company to a different one and that the work is not covered. I told them I never signed any new documentation or agreed to a different warranty company than is on my contract! I was told a manger would call me 5 days ago, and now I cannot get a hold of anyone in the finance department. It appears they are dodging my calls. Meanwhile, I am trying to manage getting to and from work and my wife getting my 2 young daughters to school everyday. We have no time for these games. Do not buy from this compy unless you plan on having to get an attorney at the end of it all. I was also contacted by attorneys to let me know that there was an accident on the vehicle previous to me buying, that the dealer did not disclose. This is illegal! CORRUPT COMPANY. I will update my review, if this matter is resolved . Otherwise, I will be contacting the better business bureau, the california bureau of automotive repair, the California department of consumer affairs, and my attorney! More
