Rude and Horrible Treatment This ridiculous dealership has the nerve to employ an idiot named Ken who thinks it's okay to insult people. This guy insulted my wife over four different times and tries to claim that he was complimenting her. When we complained the dealership had Ken call to apologize as if an apology does anything to remedy the situation. As I am not satisfied nor is my wife and due to the fact that the owner nor the general manager has the xxxxx to pick up the phone and give a personal apology and a guarantee that this moron will no longer work there they will never get our business. The really sad thing is that after I read reviews on numerous sites apparently this is a very common thing for this dealership if you start looking you will find there are numerous complaints of rude salesman and sales managers and the dealership does not take it seriously. Remember When shopping at Pueblo Dodge you are only a bag of money nothing more and if they treat you like crap that's just the way they do business your complaints will go unheard. More

Service department has the worst customer service ever If I could rate it zero Stars I would. I have never ever received customer service this terrible. I took in my journey for some issues to have them lo If I could rate it zero Stars I would. I have never ever received customer service this terrible. I took in my journey for some issues to have them look at it and they did everything I asked them not to but didn't fix the problem told me I needed a to buy a new battery because my battery did not have enough power to run their computer to reset the codes on my car. My car has a brand new battery already and there is nothing wrong with it. When my husband spoke to the lady on the phone she was extremely rude and when he told her that we weren't going to pay anything because they didn't do anything to fix our problem she said that's fine come and pick up your car and that's not a problem. When I went in to go pick up the car she told me that I was going to have to pay or she would not release the keys to me. She was very rude with me and I asked to speak with the service manager. Service manager came out already had a sour attitude about the situation he was rude with me as well. They told me that they we're not going to release my car to me until I paid the money. I didn't feel that I owed any money because they couldn't fix the issue that I brought the car in to begin with for. After arguing back and forth with both the service manager and the worker lady the service manager told me that he would give me my keys and I didn't have to pay but he didn't ever want to see any of my vehicles in their shop ever again. I could not believe how I was treated. Then again I should have known my mom has had problems going here as well and looking at reviews so does everybody else. I should have listened. When she went to get my keys she couldn't even find them, they were in the car and it was unlocked, somebody could have just taken my car right out of the parking lot. I have never been treated this bad for customer service. Just a heads up take the advice and do not take your vehicle to Pueblo Dodge. Trust me it's worth the trip to Colorado Springs or Canon City. I called to complain to the main manager and I had to leave a message because nobody was available and nobody has ever called me back. Again do not take your vehicles to Pueblo Dodge!!!!! More
