Poor Service I had a recent issue with my 2017 Truck that I purchased at Roberts and took it to their service center to get it repaired. I had purchased an extende I had a recent issue with my 2017 Truck that I purchased at Roberts and took it to their service center to get it repaired. I had purchased an extended warrenty from Roberts after sales person explained that only thing I would pay is $100.00 for any repair. Was told prior to arrival that this was correct and only cost me $100. After I dropped my truck off got a call and it was not covered and would cost $500.00! Once I got my truck back Roberts simply replaced two broken wires and did not even have the professionalism to put electrical tape around the wires or protect them in any way? when asked about this and the 3 hours it took to make this repair, the manager said that the vehicle had to be diagnosised , then wires had to be fixed and then diagnosised again? A 15 minute solution that took 3 hours. Service manager even stated this may not be best way to fix truck but was company policy...Manager said would check into a response to my complaint and then never called me back. More

Fast Service & Did what they promised! I bought a 2020 2500 Chevy High Country love my truck! I purchased the life time oil change and tire replacement! They were incredibly helpful with arranging the financing, getting us a great rate. Since that time we have had the Jeep in for routine maintenance, such as oil changes, on a regular basis. The service department employees are very professional, helpful, and friendly. When we were wanting to put new tires on, they worked with us to get the specific brand we wanted at a great price. We always make an appointment for the maintenance, and they are ready to get started when we get there, so the wait time is minimal. When we are ready for our next vehicle, we will absolutely be buying it here. More

I wonder how many people get the absolute shaft here. Went in to have my car headlights worked on. Haven't made a change to the car since the buy date. We were told the headlights were after market and that was the problem and it would be a whopping amount to fix it. Never mind the extended warranty on the vehicle that has covered NOTHING. Avoid at all costs. They're swindlers and service doesn't cover anything. I refuse to give money to a town that lets a monstrosity like this hang around. More

Quick and painless Service here was done as professionally as possible. Scheduled time was exactly that, I brought my truck in on time, they started work immediately and Service here was done as professionally as possible.
