I was hung up on by Keith in used car sales. I called back and the receptionist answered. Keith was in the background screaming "hang up on him, hang up on him, he didn't want to leave his phone number. back and the receptionist answered. Keith was in the background screaming "hang up on him, hang up on him, he didn't want to leave his phone number. I asked to speak to the manager to no avail. Don't ever shop there. It they treat customers like that at the very beginning of what could have been a sale, they will treat you like that throughout the entire experience. More
We traveled 800 miles to complete the purchase of a 2011 Corvette after finding it on the internet. It more than met our expectations and if anything was underrepresented. We were treated like family and Corvette after finding it on the internet. It more than met our expectations and if anything was underrepresented. We were treated like family and would go out of our way to buy from Robert again. More
I saw a vehicle through Autotrader.com that I had some I saw a vehicle through Autotrader.com that I had some interest in. I live about 75 miles from the dealership. I call and try to find out roughly I saw a vehicle through Autotrader.com that I had some interest in. I live about 75 miles from the dealership. I call and try to find out roughly what kind of price flexibility they had before I drove 75 miles for a car I wasn't going to pay the listed price on. I call and talk to the manager Ron, who was very nice, but would not discuss price as he wanted me to come look at it, drive it, and make sure I like it first. So, I drive 75 miles with my buddy. We get there and Ron directs us to a guy who introduced himself as "Coach". We sit down in his office and he pulls out a clipboard and says "Are you ready to buy this car?" Uh, no I am not, because you haven't even shown it to me yet. He was pushy and forgetful (I had to tell him my name 4 times in the 30 minutes I was there). I told him straight up from the start that I was interested in the car but I wasn't going to buy it that night and I wasn't going to pay the price they had it listed at. So we go outside and look at the car. He asks if I like it and am ready to buy it. Again, I tell him I like it, but I am not going to pay the listed price. At this point he starts literally yelling at me...."I never said you had to pay that"....blah blah blah. I was like, look man, I am just being honest with you so you don't get your hopes up or try to push it on me, that he isn't going to push me around. He continues yelling that I am not going to push him around either, yadda yadda. I was just trying to be honest with him and I was calm and polite about it. I should have walked then, but tried to keep my patience. We go inside and he pulls the "someone else is in the final stage of buying, just waiting on financing approval" pitch. He takes my contact info down. I told him I was 75 miles away, near X city. He asks if I am in Y city....no, I am not, I am in Z city....to which he replies, "So what do you do in Y city?".....nothing, because like I just said, I am not in Y city. He then presses me for a couple minutes on running my credit application. I am not going to buy tonight, you won't even talk about the price with me, I am not going to run a credit app and ding my credit score just because. Especially if the other people are buying it anyway. "Coach" was the most pushy, irritable, and forgetful dealer that I have ever dealt with....and knowing the general pushy attitude of many dealers, that's obviously saying something. At this point, I wouldn't drive 75 miles just to sign paperwork on a car they were going to give me for free. Awful experience in terms of car buying....a great experience in terms of a funny story that you almost couldn't make up. Good game, "Coach", you lose. More

My husband has just started looking for a truck and we saw one parked out front at Roberts dealership we liked. We test drove it and went in to see what kind of deal they could get us. The finance manag saw one parked out front at Roberts dealership we liked. We test drove it and went in to see what kind of deal they could get us. The finance manager, Lance, came out and said maybe he could show us something we could afford since we didn't want that high of a payment. This was after asking for the price of the truck 3 times and waiting for 30 minutes! They also tried to give us a much higher interest rate than we know we can get. We bought another car 6 months ago and didn't have a problem getting a low interest rate. We did go to look at another truck and gave them another try. They also wanted more than the truck was worth. We had to ask for the price on this truck a couple of times before they would give it to us, and the interest rate was still extremely high!Lance (finance mgr.) looked right at me and said, "Well, I don't expect you to understand how this financing works." That irritated me and I told him I knew he had room to come down. He asked me how much I wanted since "I was the boss" and I said how much can you come down?....go see. He replied with "I don't have to go see. I'm not a dog and I don't have to go see." At that point my husband said, "This is getting heated and we're not going to work a deal." We got up and left and the finance mgr. stormed off. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone!! More
Drove over an hour to get to them after they called and told me I was "approved for my car", Come and get it they said. When I got there they had sold the car that morning. However, they had another car be told me I was "approved for my car", Come and get it they said. When I got there they had sold the car that morning. However, they had another car better then the one I wanted. It will cost a little more!?! But dont worry we have you "pre approved". What a joke this place is. Dont waste your gas to drive to Pryor Oklahoma. Not only did I get the run around when I got there, but they gave me the run around on the phone as well. NEVER TRUST A USED CAR SALESMAN!!!!! More
After talking with the salesman on the phone and confirming a time not more than an hour later a blocked call came in from the dealership verifying what I had just said. After reaching the dealer th confirming a time not more than an hour later a blocked call came in from the dealership verifying what I had just said. After reaching the dealer the salesman who I had the scheduled appointment with was too busy and gave me to another salesman. He quickly informed me that the number online were discount using every rebate and incentive available, of which I probably only qualified for half of. After returning from the test drive getting ready to leave I asked for a brochure. They were apparetly out of brochures and the intial salesman was done and proceeded to take me into his office to find a vehicle for me to buy. After several mentions of I'm not sure what I want and have another appointment he finally went to find a brochure. After 15min waiting for a brochure, I proceeded to leave and he came running out apologizing with a printed off copy of the brochure. All encounters screamed very shady advertising tactics and push to sell gimmicks. I will not be returning and will suggest noone I know do business there. More
