Completely dissatisfied. We originally bought a car from this place, thinking that they've done their inspections and we wouldn't have a problem with the car, but after we bought it, it was in their shop fo this place, thinking that they've done their inspections and we wouldn't have a problem with the car, but after we bought it, it was in their shop for over a week. I guess they found something else wrong with the car that they needed to fix. In the beginning, I was thinking that's good cause then it won't cause us problems later. Boy was I wrong!!! It seems like to me they didn't know how to fix the car so they said that they did what they can do and just messed it up more! Well, exactly two months to the day after we bought it, the car wouldn't start. It had to be towed to Roberts, and then they said they'll only cover $100 of the tow and that we had to pay the other $50!! Are you serious?!?! So we said we don't want the car anymore....they need to buy it back...instead they offered to let us trade the car back for another one on their lot. But they said that we had to buy a MORE expensive car because of the negative equity. In the end, we went from a lower car payment of $280 to a car payment now of $425. And on top of that, we lost out on $500 for doing the tags and title for the first car we got. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!!! But I will have to say that at least the sales people were pleasant. They did try to be as helpful as they could. And I don't blame this overall problem we had on the sales people at all. It's just Roberts trying to get the most that they can get by cheating you. More
Went to Roberts Auto Center with a specific car in mind, Kristi helped me find exactly what I wanted and she stayed late to finalize all the paperwork and work with me on a price. My husband and I went to this dealership to trade in our vehicle and purchase something different. We were some what unsure of what we wanted, but finally found a vehicle we were happy with. We told the salesman multiple times our price limit we wanted to spend on a car and asked if this particular vehicle was within that range and he agreed, but would never tell us the actual price. When we get inside to fill out paperwork they keep giving us payment amounts that are no where around the amount we told them we wanted in the beginning. Corey was very pushy and very rude. We asked several times how much the vehicle was, but could not get an answer until about the fourth time of asking for it, which ended up being way over the limit we talked about. After getting irritated with the service we finally left...only to go home get online and find on autotrader.com the same vehicle we were looking at for this same dealership $10,000.00 cheaper than we were told. Would not recommend anyone to buy their vehicle at this dealership!! Terrible service!!!! More
My overall experience was good. I had called the dealership early in the week (Tuesday) and spoke with Keli regarding a 2008 Chevy Truck that I found on the Auto Trader website. I asked if the pictu dealership early in the week (Tuesday) and spoke with Keli regarding a 2008 Chevy Truck that I found on the Auto Trader website. I asked if the pictures were taken before the vehicle had been detailed. I was assured that the vehicle had been cleaned and no stains remained in the seats. I live in Tahlequah so I called again on Thursday to insure the vehicle was available and clean again. Sheila and Keli both informed be the vehicle was in excellent condition and fully detailed. I made an appointment for friday evening to view the truck. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by a young man who was very polite. I then informed him that I had an appointment with Keli. She pointed me in the direction of the truck and informed my husband and I that she was finishing up with another customer. So we walked over to the truck to find it had not been cleaned at all and seemed to be parked in the employee area. It was in the exact condition of the photos shown on the Auto Trader website. Keli then brought Jamie Stipes out to meet us and let us know that Jamie would be helping us. She was very polite and understanding. My experience from that point on was excellent. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but requested it be fully detailed before picking it up the next day. Had the vehicle been cleaned before as I was told it would have saved me another 2 hour drive and gas. More
If anyone out there has heard anything good about this dealership, they had to be talking about Claremore Chevy, Jim Glover, or any other dealership besides Roberts. I had the same experience and even worse with 90% of the bad reviews shown on google and yahoo. The only good reviews are the one's from employees. Talk about being crooked this place is. I know 3 salesman that only lasted a few months at Roberts because of the cheating and crooked way they do business. I will never in my life walk in to that place again because of the lies after lies I was told by sales and service. It's hard to have respect for these poeple when they spit in your face on the way out the door. From major service problems in every way to contract problems to dishonesty and disrespect I will recommend going to another dealership that can treat you fairly. More

Jacob Stout and Kory Hodges were very helpful and did their best trying to give us everything we wanted at a price we could afford. We ended up purchasing two cars because of this. We took the truck home on Saturday and on the way home the blinkers quit working so that was a big problem. On Monday we went and picked up the car and on the way home the service air bag lights came on so I'm not sure the checks are getting done correctly. Also when I test drove my car I was told that it would bluetooth to my phone and after getting it home and trying it, it will not. I googled it and found an owners manual for my car and after reading it found out that my car isn't equipped with that feature. I have called Kory this morning and he is trying to figure out a solution so he is very helpful. I worked with Misty and all my problems were taken care of. I would recommend this dealership and would buy from them again. More
