I felt at ease, as at some dealerships we had visited made me feel like we were about to get scammed. The process was easy, we made it clear what kind of money we could work with and although it took a day or two (we went on a weekend and needed to wait until the next business day, Monday, for the bank), we walked away with a brand new vehicle, a perfect fit for us, with a rate and payment and down payment right within our range. The entire time, our saleman treated us like not only a top priority customer, but like a new friend. Never did we spend more time than necessary sitting there, all the paperwork was done and ready for us when we got there, the process was the easiest, by far. My husband is looking forward to going back within the year for his new SUV. I have recommended them several times now in the short period since buying our vehicle, and I just am so impressed with how easy the process was! I was considering trading in my Nissan for an AWD or four wheel drive vehicle and went to see what was available in your used lot. Things happen for a reason. Last week a deer leaped out in front of me and because it was an old car, the insurance company deemed it totaled. He listened to everything I wanted in a new vehical and we spent some time exploring lower priced, used cars vs purchasing new and taking advantage of the current incentives. I had my last car for 15 years and 200K miles so it's been a while since I went car shopping. I never expected to be able to afford a new car, but when we looked at the numbers, it became clear that it was, indeed, a possibility. Steve and Aaron put their heads together and came up with a brand new Dodge Dart - great gas mileage, safe, sporty, fun, oh... and red! LOL. They worked out a do-able monthly payment for me and I am already loving my new ride! I was impressed with the time they took explaining and working with me from all angles. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying. I definitely recommend the guys at Providence Auto! More
