We were told once it was learned that we were not there that day to buy anything that they were too busy to help us. We convinced them to let us fill out the paper work as we had driven so far. Once completed we were told that the paperwork would be filed Monday morning (we stopped on a Saturday) Its now December and Zurich says they were never notified by the dealership. We have called the dealership on several occasions and got no response. More

The advertised price seemed like a really good deal, so I drove the hour and a half to check it out. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ralph Feltman who made me feel right at home. I felt no pressure to buy, and after it was all said and done, I felt I got a great deal for my trade and new car purchase (which was significantly below the sticker price). A few weeks later, I had to return it because there was some minor cosmetic issues. They gave me a loaner car and even returned my car back to my house! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for amazing customer service and great deals. Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. More

Worth the drive Picked up a new 2500 Limited two weeks ago. Drove 8 hrs from NC. Couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was friendly and didn’t try pushing or upsaleing.
