This is a great place to buy a car! My wife and I saw the Jeep online then drove to Providence Auto's on a Saturday. Herb was quick to get us the key, so that we could take it for a test My wife and I saw the Jeep online then drove to Providence Auto's on a Saturday. Herb was quick to get us the key, so that we could take it for a test drive. It was easy to do business with Herb. We asked if our mechanic could look at the Jeep before we would consider buying it and Herb set it up so that someone drove it & dropped it off at the garage we use the next day. My mechanic told me that the Jeep was in great shape and he did not see anything to be concerned about, so we told Herb to get it ready for us to buy. We picked it up on a Friday morning with no problems with anything. Herb is a great person to deal with and a very honest person as well. We had a great experience at Providence Auto's and Herb introduced us to the service people, so that we know what to do when getting the Jeep serviced in the future. They are less than 5 miles from our home, which is wonderful as well. More

I have been lied to multiple times from the service department and made to pay extra money when my vehicle should have been covered under warranty. They backed my brother's truck into someone else's vehicle and have not earned my trust. I will never go back. More
