Myk Fritch and Dean Waldron are amazing!!! :) I went to progressive found the car I wanted and was determined to get it. I was there for a very long time but I had a lot of patience. Close to the end I didn't think I was going to get the car I wanted they even offered to show me other cars. But some how some way they knocked the deal down to in my price range and I left with the car of my dreams today! The whole entire time I spent there was definitely worth it. They do not try to cheat money out of you or push you for something to get that you do not want just to get a sale. They offer you food and drinks and are very friendly. I definitely recommend going and asking for Myk Fritch. I had a price rage and they made it happen with a bran new car. I have never been so happy. I will most definitely go there again! Maybe not from 10 years from now because I absolutely love love love my car. But seriously if you go there ask for myk Fritch you definitely will not regret it. Thank you myke and dean! About 3 months after purchasing our Grand Cherokee Overland I took it for the first oil change, Mike explained the service schedule to me and since I didn't have near as many miles expected that an oil change was not needed. Other service centers and quick change oil places would not have hesitated to give me an oil change at $145. It's the small things that keep me confident in Mike. Thank you. More

Review Of Dealership Would never buy another car from that dealership. They make it seem like they did you a favor selling you the car. You have to beg for a loaner and then if you do get one. They dont have loaner cars, they send you to a rental car place to get a car. Then you have to fill out all that paper work and pay for gas. Not one thing this dealership does makes the customer experience nice. I hate when i have to go for service. I am just waiting till my lease is up so I can go back to Lexus or BMW. I own a couple stores in town, have told everyone not to buy from Progressive to go to Fred Martin! Fred Martin's customer service is much better. My mother just got a new Camary from Cain Toyota. Now they know how to take care of customers. Feel loaners or they pick your car up for you and drop it off. Guess that is why toyota kicks the xxxx out of you guys. Even Merceedes didnt want to own you guys. That says it all right there being they sold you. The only reason i want to progressive was i had recalls on my jeep. And I like Mike Corbin he is a really nice guy, to bad he works for that dealership. I will use Fred Martin from now on! More
