Vehicle Service Scam I bought a 2012 Jeep from progressive. This vehicle was running great. I took this vehicle to progressive for prevented maintenance for the miles on t I bought a 2012 Jeep from progressive. This vehicle was running great. I took this vehicle to progressive for prevented maintenance for the miles on the vehicle. Oil change, Fuel injector service, throttle body service. They told me the service was preformed, and charged me $235.00. 1 week later my check engine light came on. I trusted them so I took it back to see what was wrong. They cleared the check engine light, and said if it comes back on, schedule an appointment. Well it came back on, so I scheduled the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was treated very badly. So I took my service to Klaben Jeep in Kent, Ohio. I explained what had happened, and the service that was preformed by Progressive Jeep. As they were trying to figure out the check engine light, they found that Progressive had not preformed the service at all. I wonder how many others have been scammed by Progressive. I suggest finding another Dealer. That's why I give Progressive Jeep in Massillon, Ohio 0 stars More
Nothing but problems Bought a certified truck in August. First time I took it in to get fixed they wanted to charge 300+ to put new spark plugs in. They didn't have he part for the issue. Had to wait to get part. Took it back in and they said it was fixed so I picked it up and the problem wasn't fixed. Truck was still under warranty. They got me a rental while they fixed it. 3 days later it's fixed but now want to charge $100 deductible. No way. What a joke. More

Our Jeep needed a new engine and Eric was able to get Chrysler to help pay for most of the repair. He also kept me informed the entire time the Jeep was at the dealership. I was very pleased with my service!! More

Serive Department personnel I have a 2008 Chy 300 which was having a Fob Switch problem. The car wouldn't start every time. The service department went all out to get corporate t I have a 2008 Chy 300 which was having a Fob Switch problem. The car wouldn't start every time. The service department went all out to get corporate to pick up the repair cost. The switch was outside of the recall parameters for this VIN number but Progressive felt that it should be covered by Chrysler. The Service Department is outstanding. I particular, I wish to highlight one Service Advisor. James Lueders did an outstanding job of representing me, the customer. He advocates for the customer. He kept me informed as to what was going on step by step. Progressive should be commended for having such dedicated personnel. I'll definitely go back for further service needs. More

It was towed to progressive jeep and Chrysler after being advised from service advisor Michael Corbin to having it checked out due to a needed maintenance repair. It was very expensive and the part were difficult to locate for our vehicle at the time. The one thing that really changed our situation is the service advisor Michael Corbin who Assured My wife and I that everything would be okay and Our car was repaired earlier then expected and they did a great job! Michael Corbin gave us great customer service we were 100% satisfied More
