I recieved three recall notices on my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. I called Tom and set an appointment for Wednesday the 16th at 8am. My experience was extremely positive. Jin Stearns was very proffessional and curteous. Jin listened to what I was looking for and did everything possible to find the right vehicle for me. I am a sales rep and can not schedule appointments as easy as others. As always, Tom seems to fit me in just about whenever I need it. Tom makes my life a little easier. As the person responsible for taking my wife's 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service, I have always been somewhat less than enthusiastic about fulfilling that obligation. However, since my experience wit Grand Cherokee in for service, I have always been somewhat less than enthusiastic about fulfilling that obligation. However, since my experience with Progressive CJD, I almost look forward to the next service appointment. I had been taking her vehicle to another dealership for that service and, although they performed the service adequately, I always felt as though there was something missing. Now I know what that was. The folks at Progressive CJD not only treated me with respect and showed genuine concern for my vehicle, Tom (my Service Writer) treated me like a real person and not just another lube job. I own a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport that I bought new in 2001 and, although I have experienced no mechanical issues with it yet, if I ever do, Progressive CJD is certainly where I will take it.
