My wife and I were searching for a minivan for our family. We were uncertain whether or not to buy a used one or a new one. We looked at a few used vans and then inquired about a new one because of the warranty issue. Our salesman Frank Longo was very helpful in us making our decision to buy a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. We would definitely recommend Frank Longo and the Chrysler dealership!!! More
We just purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and love it. We first went to Fred Martin Jeep and took one for a test drive after which the pressure began. Once we left the phone calls and text messages started so that put a halt to that deal. We stopped in at Progressive and were met by Brian Glasper....what a pleasant, informative and fun salesman he is....a far cry from the other dealer. Buying a new car is a nerve racking experience but Brian made it an enjoyable time. Brian is an asset to your dealership and will recommend him to friends and relatives. Thanks for the great experience! More

I worked with Frank Longo on my purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 70 anniversary edition. I was looking at purchasing either a Ford, a Chevy, an Acura, Honda, or a Jeep. Not sure which would suit m Grand Cherokee 70 anniversary edition. I was looking at purchasing either a Ford, a Chevy, an Acura, Honda, or a Jeep. Not sure which would suit me best I talked to allot of salesman/woman and went to quite a few dealerships. I stopped at Progressive on a recommendation from a friend. That is where I met Frank The first thing that got my attention was the quality of the car. Very impressed The second thing that got my attention was Frank. He was a straight shooter, no bull and of all the people I talked to he was the one that was honest to a fault. Meeting someone in that field that was an honest man was refreshing. We worked out a fair deal and I got a GREAT car. I would recommend Frank and Progressive to anyone Thank You for the great experience More
I began dealing with Mark Hasler approximately 10 years ago. I have purchased a number of new cars or trucks and each time I have purchased from Mark Hasler. Save for a collector car purchase or two, Mark ago. I have purchased a number of new cars or trucks and each time I have purchased from Mark Hasler. Save for a collector car purchase or two, Mark Hasler has proven time and again that he is dedicated to his profession and securing for me the vehicle that best fits my needs at the time. Due to a car accident I had to find a replacement car. I know I am not an easy customer to please. At the end of the day, Mark Hasler. all but eliminated any buyers remorse I usually experience. His professionalism, sense of humor, kindness, and patience makes the car buying experience for me memorable. Mark is honorable and works hard to put me behind a new car.....in fact, I was in the market for a used car and Mark was able to successfully orchestrate a deal to allow me to drive a new car the very day I was determined to do some serious shopping....why do I tell you this.....I usually sit on a deal for a few days to allow myself enough time to make sure that is what I want.....I did not do so this time......that is due to Mark Hasler.......and finally, I consider Mark a professional friend and give this same rating to him and one other salesman that has since retired from the profession....I strongly recommend Mark Hasler as a life long salesman for the serious shopper..... We called Progressive Chrysler before we came to the dealership and made an appointment with Frank. He was very friendly right off and treated us with respect. He was willing to go out of his way to mee dealership and made an appointment with Frank. He was very friendly right off and treated us with respect. He was willing to go out of his way to meet our needs. He handled all of our concerns and got us the deal we wanted. We would ask for Frank again for any of our future needs. We are enjoying the car and are glad we stopped by Progressive Chrysler. Management went above our expectations to fix some minor problems. All were handled very professionally. This is a "great" team at Progressive Chrysler. Thanks Frank Longo Sr. and Tim Sanders for making our purchase fun and memorable! More
Very long time spent @ dealership, about 5hrs. Our salesman was Montale who was very friendly and patient. The one thing I didn't appreciate was that, in the middle of our negotiations with Montale, t salesman was Montale who was very friendly and patient. The one thing I didn't appreciate was that, in the middle of our negotiations with Montale, the dealership made him leave us to do another test drive with another couple which inconvenienced me and my wife at least an extra 45 minutes. After the long delay, he was able to get our new truck @ the average price for the area. After we settled on a final price for the truck, I then decided I wanted to trade in my 98' SUV. The dealership appraised it and test drove it, then they tried to low ball my trade in. After informing them about the guaranteed trade-in price quote I received from Autotrader they did budge and give me a fairer trade-in value for my 98' SUV. But then they renigged on the final price of the new truck and raised it $300.00. After beating up and getting beat up mentally with the dealership, we came to an amount both parties were happy with. This is no reflection on Montale, as we were very happy to work with Montale. I guess you can call it just part of doing business. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Progressive Dodge. Is there room for improvement on their end? Yes. But we would definitely do business with them again. Just be prepared for a long time spent doing the whole transaction. Do not go tired, or hungry, be alert and stay on your toes and be vigilant. More
I would never recommend this dealer because I was lied to on a few different things. There was a $500 rebate available that they told me was only for the previous weekend, which was a lie. The person I spoke on a few different things. There was a $500 rebate available that they told me was only for the previous weekend, which was a lie. The person I spoke with over the phone said he would meet with me and made a point to say he would make sure he had time set aside, yet when I arrived, they told me he never meets with people and gave me to someone else. That someone else, Frank, was extremely nice and was the only positive part of my experience. The manger, Nathaniel, was rude and condesending, and attempted to low-ball my trade since they had a great sales price. This was different from the range that I was quoted over the phone. They were going to charge me for installing a soft top, and never said I could do it myself. I ended up buying the same jeep at a different dealer 2 1/2 hours away who was honest. Overall, horrible experience. Without a trade-in, their prices are amazing, but I would never buy from people who are dishonest. More
I gave your dealership all fives because this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I had a recall on my heated seats and Bob Walter walked me through the process of what would happen to the Jeep and when to pick and up and drop it off. He even had it washed for me.
