Great Sales Staff, Rude Manager I had a great experience with the two sales associates Tyler Baumgarder and Frank Longo. They were friendly, respectful, and honest. Unfortunately, my I had a great experience with the two sales associates Tyler Baumgarder and Frank Longo. They were friendly, respectful, and honest. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't pleasant towards the end due to how I was treated by Nathaniel during negotiations. He was rude and disrespectful. After quite a bit of negotiation, we had finally reached a deal and papers were signed. It wasn't until I met with the finance manager when it became apparent that the terms of the deal that were once agreed upon, were not in line with the actual amount being financed. The terms of the deal discussed nor the rate guaranteed by Nathaniel were included. Nathaniel, dealership management, came over to clarify and then went back to his desk to reassess. Without saying a single word to me directly, Nathaniel later walked right by myself and the sales associate, and told him to issue a refund. The sales associates were both very kind and understanding throughout the rest of the process, but it truly took everything I had not to walk away from the deal. Nathaniel was very nice the day of our visit, but was not the same individual upon my return. There wasn't another individual at the dealership that showed any form of disrespect. In fact, every person that I came in contact with was very friendly and always offered help if it was needed. If it wasn't for the exceptional effort and assistance provided by the sales staff, I wouldn't have had a single problem walking away. More
