Great Experience I had been to two Ron Marhofer dealerships the day before and then went to Waikem in the morning. I thought I wouldn't be able to handle another deale I had been to two Ron Marhofer dealerships the day before and then went to Waikem in the morning. I thought I wouldn't be able to handle another dealership but decided to head over to Progressive. I always feel bad on going to dealerships just to see where my numbers will land because I know they all want to get something done that day. We sat down to go over the numbers and they brought out what they call their "accelerated equity" numbers. These numbers overwhelmed me quite a bit (almost made me want to leave) as they were high but after quite a bit of explaining, it made more sense. I did not understand why they would bring these numbers out when they knew my current payment, what I had looked at, and the numbers the other dealerships had given me. I reminded them of what I was looking for and they went back and forth a few times to see what numbers they could get for me. After the "accelerated equity" numbers, I for sure thought I would have to take a day or two to decide if I was really getting a good deal or not as they hadn't showed me what they were giving me for my car and what the sales price of the car was coming to. It took a couple breaks for fresh air, more explaining, and some convincing to get me settled on my new Dart GT. I could tell that Myk Fitch was new but he did a good job of going over the cars and using other employees to help him through the process. Frank Longo definitely has the job that was made for him. He is extremely personable and has great customer service. Andy Katich was also very helpful at the beginning before Myk took over and helped explain things to me throughout the process. Alyssa Donahey did a great job at the end with going over the numbers and made things quick and easy so I could enjoy my new car. More

I'm a bit unorthodox in the way I prefer to negotiate and purchase a new car. After my initial contacts not being so willing to do business the way I like, I was just about ready to move on when I received a call from James Rowe. James was courteous, professional, timely and willing to work with me but most importantly he kept his word as per our negotiations and got me into the new Ram truck I was interested in. Hats off to James and when my wife is due for a new car, if Progressive has something she is interested in, James will hopefully be our guy again! Also, a shout out to Wayne in finance. Another good guy who advised us in a professional manner on all the additional options available, without being too overbearing.
