Extraordinary Experience After a week of experiencing absolutely horrific customer service at a well know local "family" dealership in town, I decided to give Progressive a ca After a week of experiencing absolutely horrific customer service at a well know local "family" dealership in town, I decided to give Progressive a call. Upon calling, I spoke with a man named TJ. I explained to him what I was looking for in price, mileage, and warranty. He immediately named a few vehicles, but also asked if he could look further and email me a few things. Within 30 minutes, he had emailed multiple vehicles that fit my criteria. I called the dealership and he set me up for an appointment that day. About an hour prior to my appointment, I received a phone call from Frank Longo. He just wanted to thank me for making an appointment to come out and wanted me to be sure to see him while I was there so that he could thank me in person. I was impressed by this simple gesture. Although I was not looking for something expensive, he still made me feel like he genuinely appreciated my business. The business was extremely busy that afternoon, but Frank was at the door waiting when I arrived. This was just the beginning. I was then introduced to Mark Anderson. Let me start by saying Mark's customer service was phenomenal! I was even brought a promotional gift card which I was not expecting! I explained the cars that I had seen online and my specifications were for a vehicle. Mark immediately pulled these things up and we test drove numerous vehicles. He never pressured me once. He answered all of my questions completely. He offered what I felt to be honest input. He made this experience different than any other dealership that I had ever visited.There was absolutely no comparison to this and the other dealership I had left earlier that day. The difference was night and day. I found a vehicle that I was interested in. I asked many questions regarding it. The things he knew right off hand, he answered. The things he was unsure of, he told me that he didn't know, but he would find out. He could have easily lied and tod me what I wanted to hear, but he didn't.He got me in the price range I wanted to be with no haggling. During this week, he kept me up to date on what was happening and he followed through by investigating and answering all of the questions that I had asked previously. I went in this evening to sign the final papers and bring home the car. Mark had everything ready to go with no surprises! I am a complete over analyzer, but it never seemed to phase him. He was reassuring. He showed genuine appreciation for my business. I even said to him- "I'm starting to get a little nervous because you all are being too nice! I'm not getting a dud, am I?" We laughed it off, but I was semi serious. I've never witnessed such impressive service. He explained that this is the norm for Progressive. They strive to offer all of their customers the same great experience. I also had the privilege of working with John in finance. He was also very thorough and informative. He answered all of my questions. I actually ended up with a little better bargain than the great deal that I was already anticipating. This had been an outstanding experience and I am actually grateful that I went through the hassle at the other dealership, because had I not- I would have never been able to witness the wonderful service at Progressive. There are a multitude of businesses in Stark County that could tremendously benefit from observing Progressive and their staff for the day. Thank you, Mark for making this a pleasant and easy experience. I will definitely return and if I hear of anyone looking for a vehicle- there is no one else that I'd ever refer them to besides you. Great Experience I had been to two Ron Marhofer dealerships the day before and then went to Waikem in the morning. I thought I wouldn't be able to handle another deale I had been to two Ron Marhofer dealerships the day before and then went to Waikem in the morning. I thought I wouldn't be able to handle another dealership but decided to head over to Progressive. I always feel bad on going to dealerships just to see where my numbers will land because I know they all want to get something done that day. We sat down to go over the numbers and they brought out what they call their "accelerated equity" numbers. These numbers overwhelmed me quite a bit (almost made me want to leave) as they were high but after quite a bit of explaining, it made more sense. I did not understand why they would bring these numbers out when they knew my current payment, what I had looked at, and the numbers the other dealerships had given me. I reminded them of what I was looking for and they went back and forth a few times to see what numbers they could get for me. After the "accelerated equity" numbers, I for sure thought I would have to take a day or two to decide if I was really getting a good deal or not as they hadn't showed me what they were giving me for my car and what the sales price of the car was coming to. It took a couple breaks for fresh air, more explaining, and some convincing to get me settled on my new Dart GT. I could tell that Myk Fitch was new but he did a good job of going over the cars and using other employees to help him through the process. Frank Longo definitely has the job that was made for him. He is extremely personable and has great customer service. Andy Katich was also very helpful at the beginning before Myk took over and helped explain things to me throughout the process. Alyssa Donahey did a great job at the end with going over the numbers and made things quick and easy so I could enjoy my new car. More

Made the impossible work! I went to see a vehicle that seemed to be over my budge but something that I would love to have.
