We were in a bad situation on our 3rd attempt to get out of the upside down position we were in with our car knowing the payment will go up we tried for the Chrysler 200. They are running a promotion for 5,000 trade in towards a new Chrysler. We waited a bit drove the 200 and waited, Mark came back with a payment plan and we had to turn down the car. We shook Mark hand and was about to walk out when Mark said hold on a minute let me go talk to sales manager Nate. We met Nate the sales manager he worked even more on the payment dropped it almost 100 dollars we about fell to the floor it was settled Mark and Nate got us in that 2015 Chrysler 200 with a payment to fit our budget. this dealership out of my 46 years of life has been the best place to get a car, truck or van. Then we met John the finance manager he was very kind friendly and explained everything to where it was easy for us to understand. John did a amazing job with us it did't take long and it was a fun experience. I must mention the one guy that kept everything calm for us while we waited. So when I walked in everybody was friendly but amber was the one to help me so we sat down talked over a few things and how I had absolutely no credit which is why other places would not help me. Amber went and talked to her team and got me approved for a car I was thrilled never thought walking in their it would happen. Well we started talking price range of the car and it was a little high which I only know what I could afford and once again amber got me a vehicle that I could afford and my monthly payments I could afford she was always patient and never gave up.
