Overall Good Experience I purchased a new Jeep Renegade 4x4 from them just recently. Everyone was nice and I didn't feel pressured. My biggest complaint is the process. I wanted to buy at 72 months and they kept trying to get me into a 36 month payment. They came back with an offer and just told me a price. They didn't tell me the interest rate or the number of payments. They tried to squeeze me into a super high interest loan. The salesman kept going back and forth between the powers at be and myself and I felt they didn't really listen to me. It wasn't until I mentioned that I could get 1.9% from my local credit union and was ready to walk out the door because they couldn't map anything out for me. Suddenly they came back with what I was asking for, such as my interest rate, number of payments, eliminating stuff I didn't want, like warranties. It was not a bad experience, and I would got back again, but how they calculate payments is not spelled out and easy to understand. Also, they are really pushy about rating them and giving them 5 stars. At the end of things, they just kept handing me forms, made me fill out surveys in front of them and they just kept saying give us 10's or 5 star's because of this reason...or Jeep is unhappy to see anything less than 10. Used car purchased - - great! This dealership is not the closest to where we live but we chose it because of the selection of vehicles. We were specifically looking for a used Jeep Patriot and they had more than any other dealership within 30 miles. In addition, their used car selection was higher quality. By this I mean, clean cars and lower mileage. Also, a variety of packages and colors. I started working with Dean in sales. He was not working the day it was best for us to go in so we worked with his colleague Myk Fritch. It was no problem to switch salespeople, the staff goes above and beyond in making sure the customer gets what they want. . Within 24 hours I received calls from the manager Frank Longo, and also spoke with the finance manager Clayton Sanders who gladly got the ball rolling until we could make it in and speak to Myk. Myk made the car buying experience very easy. He set up test drives, inspected the car with us and no way ever did he create any pressure to buy. Pricing was competitive and fair. Would recommend this dealership and salesperson. More

I returned a week later to do a test drive, Andy was again very helpful as well as Frank Longo. We were able to work out a deal without the usual hassle. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Everyone was super nice and pleasant. If you see a guy that looks like Roy Orbison you'll know your in good hands. More
