Helped my Family in a time of need! I came in with no hope of getting a new car or so I thought. I was upside down on a vehicle from a buy here pay here place. It was a disaster I had no idea what I was doing till it was done. I had heard of a summer clearance deal on the radio from Progressive and decided it wouldn't hurt to try my luck. So I went down and met with Andy. At first it was seeming hopeless and I was giving up on the thought of getting a safer vehicle for winter. But then as I expressed the fact that I didn't have a lot of money on top of the situation with my vehicle I had currently it seemed like the atmosphere changed. He got up to go run the situation by his manager. When he returned it was with amazing news. We actually had a chance at getting a new car at the price I needed. We even got the one we wanted. It was an amazing experience they saved us from another sketchy winter. Alyssa in finance helped me get all the warranties I wanted for a price I could afford. She also explained everything I couldn't quite understand and detailed out how to enact all my warranties. All in all everyone at Progressive was amazing and extremely nice! More

They advertise a vehicle on the internet sites for thousands cheaper, till they tell you that you don't qualify for that price. That's only with the incentives. They try to do the old, what do you want you payment to be a month, and extend out your loan. I was so upset after going there, I was embarrassed to have their sticker on the back of my car. I can't get it off, otherwise it wouldn't be there. I will never buy from them again. I came back because my car was not going into gear and they keep trying to sell me features for my car it already had. They never did fix the issue, even though it was under warranty. I went to another Dodge dealership in Wooster and they helped me with my issue, no questions asked. I won't even step foot in there again. I actually hate dodge, Chrysler, jeep now because of this. I recently bought a Chevy, I can't see my self driving a dodge ever again. I am still considering getting rid of my car for a nice FORD. I think I will google how to get their sticker off my car!!! More

My van haf just over 29,000 miles and was a "certified pre-owned" vehicle. Andy explained that in order for that certification it had to pass extra checks set by chrysler standards. That put me at ease about purchasing a used vehicle. Finance manager sold me an extended warranty that he claimed as long as I paid it in 12 months there would be not interest. I explained to him that money was a little tight for the summer due to my husband not being employed during summers and would be okay to make payments until August. Oh sure he tells me. 2 months and a threat to cancel AND a late fee later he lied. Not only that But 2 months after ownership I was told by 2 seperate facilities that I needed two front new tired and rotors. Really! Certified Preowned hmmmm More

Alyssa was also wonderful in helping us get the docs in order. In previous purchases at other dealers I always felt pushed through once the sale was made. The service department went all out to get corporate to pick up the repair cost. The switch was outside of the recall parameters for this VIN number but Progressive felt that it should be covered by Chrysler. The Service Department is outstanding. I particular, I wish to highlight one Service Advisor. James Lueders did an outstanding job of representing me, the customer. He advocates for the customer. He kept me informed as to what was going on step by step. Progressive should be commended for having such dedicated personnel. I'll definitely go back for further service needs. More

I should have listened to Frank. Stopped by Progressive today for a scheduled appraisal on my 06 Grand Cherokee and worked with Roger on that. In and out in 30-45 minutes with the offer I was expecting, people tend to get overly attached to a vehicle and I am not one of those people. At the end of the day they have to make some money on it. Frank talked to me and asked me what it would take to get me into a Ram today, I told him I was going to test drive a Tacoma at another dealership because I wanted to see what it was all about, Frank said I would be back because I wouldn't like it and boy he was right. Before I left Frank and Roger both said they could get me a little more on the trade if I bought from them, I told them I would be back to sell it outright to them if I purchased something else or I ended up not liking the Tacoma. I grabbed some lunch after my Tacoma test drive and got on Progressive's website to see if anything caught my eye, I saw a Ram 1500 Big Horn Edition and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Went back down to Progressive and Frank told me he knew I would be back and thanked me for keeping my word. Roger and I test drove the Ram, Grand Cherokee and looked at a few other vehicles on the lot. We got back in and narrowed it down to the Grand Cherokee Limited and got to work crunching the numbers. Frank kept his word and gave me more for my trade as I had kept mine about returning to give the Ram a fair shake. We closed the deal not too long after that and that was also a breeze, transferred registration and plates from my 06 to my new 15. Roger got her cleaned up, gassed up, and transferred the plates over then took some time to show me all the options and how they work and connected my phone via Bluetooth. He said if I had anymore questions to not hesitate to contact him or swing by in person. From start to finish the entire process was a breeze. Progressive has always taken care of me and my maintenance on my 06 GC and I'm happy to say that tradition will continue with my new 15. I even asked Roger if I could keep using my regular service representative Cathy Moye, who is also an outstanding individual to deal with, he said he would get everything in the system so I will see her when I roll 5,000 on it. Bottom line, if you're looking to get into a new Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep you need to stop down and talk to Frank or Roger before you waste your time anywhere else. More
