Andy was patient with me as I weighed my options and made sure I'd like driving a larger vehicle. He was very knowledgable and thorough in showing me all of the great features my Grand Cherokee Overland offers (even more than my "higher end" car had). I felt super confident in my decision and not at all like I was pressured into it. The UConnect system and other safety/convenience features were a breeze to operate after Andy took a few minutes to explain them, and I am loving the smooth ride to work every day. He made my first car purchase a positive experience rather than the usual car dealership stereotype situations you often hear about. The whole dealership had an incredible, laid back atmosphere with friendly people everywhere making the whole experience as relaxed and as fun as buying a car can possibly be.
