During the actual buying process, my wife had to breast-feed our 6 week old son. Andy had ZERO problems about us sitting at his desk to feed. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. John Marks in the finance department was excellent to work with also. He had the process streamlined, and we were out in minutes. The ONLY issue I have with the entire Progressive experience was the xxxxxxx manager(?) on duty...who chewed out a sales lady in the office next to us.
