Frank & James make car buying fun! I went in to Progessive after noticing a listing for an almost-new VW Golf. I called the dealership to see if the listing was still available and star I went in to Progessive after noticing a listing for an almost-new VW Golf. I called the dealership to see if the listing was still available and started working with Frank. We drove all the way from Pittsburgh and Frank was super patient with changing arrival times. Frank was really kind on the phone, and a Steelers fan, which I loved!!!! He had the car all cleaned up and ready for me when I arrived, which made the process super easy. We went for a great test drive with James and I was sold! Even though they don't specialize in VW, James was knowledgable about the car and able to answer lots of questions. During the sales process, they were thorough and diligent, making the car buying experience easy, even with complexities of out-of-state (Washington, DC) plates. They gave me a fair trade in value on my current vehicle to nearly match the Edmunds price. The whole team was really knowledgable and easy to work with. This was my first car buying experience, and I'm not sure Progressive will be topped in the future! My mother said several times, "This is the most fun I've ever had buying a car!" I definitely recommend their team for your next vehicle! More

When it came to the final sale, both Roger and Alyssa were great at suggesting options I might be interested in adding on (like additional warranty protection), but if I wasn't interested, they weren't overly pushy.
