More Than A Dealership...A New Family Justin has helped our family for many years and from the beginning has bent over backwards to help us find what we are looking for. Thanks to his wond Justin has helped our family for many years and from the beginning has bent over backwards to help us find what we are looking for. Thanks to his wonderful service our family has ended up buying 7 new cars from progressive in the past few years. He will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to help you. Even if it means going out in the rain and bringing the cars to you to the service department so that you don't have to go out and get wet in the cold December rain. (Which he actually did for us!) The only reason that we go back each time to buy from them is the costumer service because all the staff there doesn't make you feel like another customer but part of the family that they have.
