ENTHUSIASTIC - KNOWLEDGEABLE - EXCITING I had an appointment in the early AM to get my vehicle appraised, I met Natalie and she was going to assist me in the process. The vehicle that I was I had an appointment in the early AM to get my vehicle appraised, I met Natalie and she was going to assist me in the process. The vehicle that I was looking at was sold (my fault). Natalie asked if I would be interest in another vehicle I said I would consider another car like the one I was looking at. A couple hours later she made this customer extremely satisfied with the price and this vehicle was similar to one I was looking at. When I was finished with Natalie I was directed to Alyssa, her experience and enthusiasm made the the Financial package very understandable. She made sure I understood the process; she made this customer feel that I received the best options possible. (Alyssa needs a couple more stars than 5) More

Vehicle Service Scam I bought a 2012 Jeep from progressive. This vehicle was running great. I took this vehicle to progressive for prevented maintenance for the miles on t I bought a 2012 Jeep from progressive. This vehicle was running great. I took this vehicle to progressive for prevented maintenance for the miles on the vehicle. Oil change, Fuel injector service, throttle body service. They told me the service was preformed, and charged me $235.00. 1 week later my check engine light came on. I trusted them so I took it back to see what was wrong. They cleared the check engine light, and said if it comes back on, schedule an appointment. Well it came back on, so I scheduled the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was treated very badly. So I took my service to Klaben Jeep in Kent, Ohio. I explained what had happened, and the service that was preformed by Progressive Jeep. As they were trying to figure out the check engine light, they found that Progressive had not preformed the service at all. I wonder how many others have been scammed by Progressive. I suggest finding another Dealer. That's why I give Progressive Jeep in Massillon, Ohio 0 stars More

Lease trade in I came to Progressive to trade in a leased 2013 Town and Country. I have worked Tom before. All things went very smoothly. They showed me the options of buying the current care, trading in for another a 2016 lease, or buying a 2016 from the stock. When I picked up the car everything was spotless. I returned to the dealership two days later due to compass problems. Dan Gordish. was very helpful, and able to solve my problem. Wayne Ferris was very good at explaining my options on leases and protection options. All in all a very nice experience. More
