Excellent Sales Service and Sales Team I traded in my 2011 Grand Cherokee and purchased a new 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland "Blackout" from Progressive in January 2016. Mark Dombroski provi I traded in my 2011 Grand Cherokee and purchased a new 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland "Blackout" from Progressive in January 2016. Mark Dombroski provided excellent sales support and Nathaniel Wisor did everything in his power to close my deal. They gave me a very fair trade value for my Jeep even though it needed a $1,000 controller to fix the air suspension; which I disclosed before the trade. I will definitely go back to Progressive for my next vehicle purchase and I will of course demand to deal with Mark and Nathaniel next time.
