All that I had asked to be done to my Dodge Ram has been done to perfection. If I had any complaint, it would be that all work needed to be scheduled for at least a week, but even this is understandable since the workload seems somewhat overwhelming at Progressive. It is encouraging though, Progressive, in an effort to speed things up has made mundane services such as oil change and tire rotation based on a “first come - first served” basis. This appears to make the scheduling of other work a little better. It helps a great deal to have Service Advisors such as Eric Eash who seem to know what questions to ask upfront so that all that is needed is done in good fashion. It has also been my experience with Eric, when something comes up during my requested service, he will make every effort to contact me by text, email or phone to promptly get an answer, or make me aware of something that may need further attention. It has been my experience with Progressive Dodge that what I ask for is what I get. It’s been my pleasure working with them. More

Wonderful Sales Staff We had the pleasure of working with Caleb and Nate during our time at the dealership! They not only helped us buy 1 new car but 2 in the same day! Dealer for the People I am no longer in the market for a good reasonable equipped and prices work truck and for good reason. Progressive Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram of Massill I am no longer in the market for a good reasonable equipped and prices work truck and for good reason. Progressive Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram of Massillon really lived up to their slogan “a dealer for the people”. Andy Katich was a serious no pressure stand up salesman with knowledge and genuine personality. I enjoyed that fact that I never once felt I was being misled or looked at as just a “sale”. The first experience I had with Andy was on a Friday evening shortly before the dealership was scheduled to close. I had questions and I wanted to test drive a few trucks and Andy never once gave me the impression he was in a hurry to “get out of the office” or didn’t have time for my interest nor was it the experience of hard sell. It was a genuine comfortable conversion and discussion. Toward the end of our conversation I had settled on the truck I wanted but I knew I needed to think it over and discuss it with my family. Andy didn’t try to pressure me into anything he simply mentioned that the truck I was interested in had seen a lot of internet traffic and that Saturday is usually a busy day for them. Well I came back to the dealership the next day just before the doors were to open and made the purchase. I had looked online as most people do these days at the price point of the vehicle I had in mind and not one other dealership was really comparable for used and new vehicles. Let’s face it, because of the internet the car sales world has become very competitive and if you aren’t willing to deal to the people, you are going to lose your sales and eventually your shirt and Progressive Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram of Massillon has really figured that out. More
