Bought a 2018 jeep renegade Oct 23-21 and I couldn’t be happier. Lynette was the sales associate and is one awesome sales person. She helped me get the deal that I wanted . Dishonest and lacks integrity would best describe this dealership thus far. I am still in negotiations but the first salesman (Nathan) although a younger guy was just as swarmmy as an old pro. When the lack of integrity was seen, I promptly ended the negotiations and started to walk out but was grabbed by a man who identified himself as the floor manager. If he ever grabs my arm in the future like that there is going to be a BIG problem which will involve the cops getting called. So onto the next salesman (also an old pro) but shows a little more tact. If you buy a car here never pay invoice or above OR don't shop here at all and let's run these crooked slimy dealerships out of business. More

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment to pick up my new/used Ram at 3:00pm. I had to wait until 4:00pm. My vehicle was filthy on delivery. They were also supposed to buff out a few scratches a up my new/used Ram at 3:00pm. I had to wait until 4:00pm. My vehicle was filthy on delivery. They were also supposed to buff out a few scratches and did not do that either. They supposedly tried but couldn't get them out. Amazingly, I was able to remove them at home with little effort. Klaben's customer service is by far superior. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Do not trust this dealership with your business! Their advertised on line prices are no where near accurate as they apply every rebate possible to lure you in. I settled in with a price which the online manager accepted. A few hours later she replied that the Jeep Grand Cherokee had just been sold to someone else. I visited the dealer website several times in the following weeks. Low and behold that exact Jeep was still available! Very dishonest people! I sent a letter to the owner because I wanted to first give them an opportunity to respond. No reply... My business obviously meant nothing to them and neither does yours! BUYER BEWARE More
