My daughter bought a car from this car dealership and this sales representative and he made the process so smooth and easy for her to do for her first new car sale. When I was with her buying her car I was also looking at some cars. I went to trade in my car the next week and they couldn't do anything within my budget so I left. A few days later they called me to let me know they found a car better than I wanted before for a less price and it fit within my budget. Needless to say the next day I had off I went up to the dealership traded in my car and got a new car that I absolutely love. This car dealership has been so good to me and my daughter. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would definitely recommend John Kerry as your sales representative. John does not mess around he finds all the deals he can and if he can't find one within your budget then he will be honest with you in the beginning. Awesome service and awesome people. More

Service on Chrysler town and country I took my two year old Town and Country that I lease , in for what I thought was a bad alternator. This was my first trip to the service center at Pro I took my two year old Town and Country that I lease , in for what I thought was a bad alternator. This was my first trip to the service center at Progressive Chrysler. It is the closest service center to our Massillon home. It was the day after Christmas and extremely busy but all of the staff were smiling, happy, polite and helpful. The setup for service is excellent also and allows multiple people access to staff at the same time. I was waited on by Hilary Jackson, who was extremely polite, always smiling, and happy, despite the many people who were there for service. She advised me that I was over on the mileage for the lease so Chrysler would not cover this. I said the lease had a couple more months and a brand new vehicle should not have a bad alternator already. She readily agreed and told me she would call Chrysler on my behalf and plead my case. She was very willing to do this and happy to do it. I was impressed that she would do this and wanted to give her some praise for doing a great job. She was successful and we did not have to pay for this expensive repair. This dealership was pleasant, welcoming and both Hillary and the rest of the staff that day did a great job. I heard multiple apologies fo the wait and interruptions. I saw them grab their coats and run outside on a very cold day to move cars, all the while apologizing for the wAit. Wonderful! I went in on a Friday evening, I hadn't yet met Myk I was first taken care of by someone else and the process began. He handled everything professionally and took care that I was a first time buyer. He was and is still after signing my papers and remaining a customer, is accommodating, caring and generous.
