The truck was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't believe the sales price. We are from the Pittsburgh area so we were a little hesitant about making a 2 hour drive for a truck that may or may not be what we saw on the website, but we called ahead and decided to check it out. When we arrived, we were greeted by fresh popcorn and smiling faces. The dealership was clean and organized. It felt very welcoming. Our service provider, Ben Siefke, listened to why we were there and took us to his desk to get started. He was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted, was very knowledgeable about the truck during the test drive, and was friendly and professional. He showed us all of the features of the truck and could answer any question that we asked him. We had our almost two year old toddler with us and Ben was amazing with him. The truck looked exactly as it did in the pictures and was definitely what we were looking for. Our finance person was Alyssa. She was also friendly and professional. We really enjoyed talking to her during the financing process. She knew everything about the process and explained the warranties and answered our questions honestly and without hesitation. This dealership was by far one of the most friendly and professional dealerships we have dealt with. We definitely recommend Ben and Alyssa if you are looking into purchasing a new vehicle. My father in law plans on purchasing a truck next summer and is going to make the drive because he was so impressed with the dealership. What I thought was going to be a nightmare (buying a vehicle with a toddler) turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thank you!! More
