Also I explained to her that I had to have a tire repaired at another place of business only because progressive was not open on Sunday and I had some concerns about it. ( I would have preferred having the repair at progressive) After my service was completed I questioned her about this and she reassured me with not only her knowledge but also addressed it by actually showing me with explanation.
