Problem Since I am the only one that usually drives my SUV, I did not notice that my passenger leather seat had been cut over the front edge. I discovered it Since I am the only one that usually drives my SUV, I did not notice that my passenger leather seat had been cut over the front edge. I discovered it when I was vacuuming the car getting it ready for vacation. The only service we had done about a month before was the removal of the dash for a blower problem. I wasn't sure what would happen when we complained but to my surprise John the service manager realized that it probably was done by them. He told us to get it fixed and they would pay for it. It is now fixed and am completely happy with the way he handled the problem. Thanks a bunch John and Progressive!!!! More

Loss For Words Refused to give KBB value on my trade in only to benefit themselves for marking down "wholesale" prices on their used vehicles. Told me it was their way of making up the difference for it by not giving Kelly blue book value . Avoid this place. Make it worth your while even if you have to drive a bit further for friendly experience without trying to get taken advantage of! More

I hate car dealerships I have bought twice at a dealership now and both times it has been Progressive. Several other dealerships have made the experience miserable and uninviting. I really cannot explain it but this is where you want to shop new or used. I know they made some money on me but I also left with the best interest rate, service contract and below market value price they could give me. It was not easy but they delivered with a smile and a warm heart even in this miserable 2017 spring rain. Thank you Paul for your knowledge and will to help me understand all the latest tech associated with my new RAM. Thank you Ally for going the extra mile to find the better rate even though I had my own financing. I genuinely appreciate your effort, even while wining this evening.... I am still thinking about the great deal you managed for my extended warranty. Thank you both again and a special call out to the sales manager Steve who had to deal with me being a PITA.
