They had truck fixed by 9am the following day making my down time minimal to say the least. Cannot stress enough the professionalism and courtesy experienced from the service staff once again, makes me feel good 2.5yrs later that I chose the right dealer! More

We were looking at minivans and I told him what I wanted to see and he kept pushing the "top of the line" models at us. I said no, so he still kept trying and I had to keep telling him the exact car(s) I wanted to see and after two tries he finally brought the one to me that I wanted to see. Not only did he not care to listen to us, he was also just walking around drinking coffee while we were sitting at his desk waiting on him. He was acting busy when he clearly wasn't. Worst car salesman ever. I understand these guys are working for commission too and he wants to sell me the most expensive model. But when I repeatedly tell him that I'm not interested in all the "bells and whistles", he was not only wasting my time and his, but he made me never want to come back. Needless to say, we didn't buy a vehicle and we won't be back. I'll also be sure to let others know the awful service from this dealership. Maybe try putting the customer first next time. Just because I didn't want to buy the most expensive vehicle in the lot doesn't mean I wasn't going to make you a good commission there Benny boy. I would rate 0 stars but it made me select at least 1. If whoever is reading this has to deal with Ben, good luck and I'm sorry for you. More

This was not covered under any warranty even though it is a documented fa In February, my 2013 Chrysler 300C alternator failed with an internal short. This was not covered under any warranty even though it is a documented failure all over the internet for Chrysler cars. Thankfully the repair charge was reduced to a deductible amount. While the car was there, I had other service performed. The service advisor assured me that the shaking that I felt when I braked would be corrected by an alignment. The shaking was not eliminated at the time that I picked up the car and I just assumed that there was something else wrong with it that they did not find. Well, now almost 4 months and about 3,000 miles later, the front tires are bald on the outer edges. So much for that alignment and now I need 2 new tires. This is only surpassed by last summer when my car was there for an oil change and tire rotation when I found that the tires were not rotated and they said that they were. (I had one tire with a slow leak so I could keep track of which tire was where.) I took the car back in June and they refunded the alignment cost as it was not recommended at the time and gave a percentage discount for new tires. More

Justin is also ethical with no pushy tactics. Whatever you may be looking for in a vehicle, Progressive is a five star dealership, and in my opinion, Justin Carter is a ten star salesman. As soon as we walked in it had a different vibe than most car dealers. Very polite and warm staff, not overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I saw a van online printed it out, handed it to Paul and we are off! No typical pushiness or trying to get us into a deal we didn't want. Even worked with us on the price/financing. While we were waiting the entire staff were very personable and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They all, down to the owner, seemed happy and willing to help. Wanting us to purchase a car we were happy with as well as make a living for themselves. Alyssa in the finance office was also a dream to work with! Very upbeat, funny, knowledgeable, and honest. All in all it was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had as I know so many of us dread even walking in to a dealership. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle there as well as well as recommending them to everyone we know. Did I mention we live 45 minutes away from them? It was well worth the drive!
