As soon as we walked in it had a different vibe than most car dealers. Very polite and warm staff, not overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I saw a van online printed it out, handed it to Paul and we are off! No typical pushiness or trying to get us into a deal we didn't want. Even worked with us on the price/financing. While we were waiting the entire staff were very personable and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They all, down to the owner, seemed happy and willing to help. Wanting us to purchase a car we were happy with as well as make a living for themselves. Alyssa in the finance office was also a dream to work with! Very upbeat, funny, knowledgeable, and honest. All in all it was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had as I know so many of us dread even walking in to a dealership. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle there as well as well as recommending them to everyone we know. Did I mention we live 45 minutes away from them? It was well worth the drive! I know they made some money on me but I also left with the best interest rate, service contract and below market value price they could give me. It was not easy but they delivered with a smile and a warm heart even in this miserable 2017 spring rain. Thank you Paul for your knowledge and will to help me understand all the latest tech associated with my new RAM.
