As the person responsible for taking my wife's 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service, I have always been somewhat less than enthusiastic about fulfilling that obligation. However, since my experience with Progressive CJD, I almost look forward to the next service appointment. I had been taking her vehicle to another dealership for that service and, although they performed the service adequately, I always felt as though there was something missing. Now I know what that was. The folks at Progressive CJD not only treated me with respect and showed genuine concern for my vehicle, Tom (my Service Writer) treated me like a real person and not just another lube job. I own a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport that I bought new in 2001 and, although I have experienced no mechanical issues with it yet, if I ever do, Progressive CJD is certainly where I will take it. Terry Varney was quick and courteous and walked me through the details of coming from out of state to car and I found the best price at progressive. My salesman, Scott Franks met me at the airport, answered all my questions and was patient as I carefully looked over and test drove the car I was buying, even though the dealership was officially closed, and it was Friday night.
