We are a loyal repeat customer with our most recent purchase being a Dodge truck (bought with an extended warranty to avoid large unexpected repair bills). We recently had an issue with the truck and purchase being a Dodge truck (bought with an extended warranty to avoid large unexpected repair bills). We recently had an issue with the truck and took it in for service. They could not find what was wrong but still charged us $685 just for the diagnostics. Had to get the truck back just to avoid more charges. Basically the warranty is useless if they can’t find the issue but you still have a large out of pocket expense fir all the diagnostics which couldn’t identify the issue. Paid for the warranty and now we paid $$$ for absolutely no help in resolving an issue with a truck they sold us “ covered by warranty”. They didn’t care that we were loyal, bought many vehicles from them, or the premise under which they sold us the warranty. Feel so completely disappointed and we are definitely done doing business with progressive. More

We were super interested in a vehicle on their lot; however, they were super reluctant to answer any questions over the phone or give any additional details about the car without us physically going th however, they were super reluctant to answer any questions over the phone or give any additional details about the car without us physically going there. After explaining we were from out of state, the salesperson still would not provide any additional information. After speaking with another person from their sales department, who did end up providing additional information, they would take an entire day to get back with us, just wasting our time. More
