DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! !! THEY SELL LEMONS!!! I bought my Jeep Wrangler from here and three days later I noticed my rear defrost wasn't working. I could see where they used !! THEY SELL LEMONS!!! I bought my Jeep Wrangler from here and three days later I noticed my rear defrost wasn't working. I could see where they used electrical tape to "fix" the cord. I called and scheduled to have it serviced and the day I took it in, the heated steering wheel stopped working. They kept my car for a week and a half to repair. They replaced my steering wheel and rear window. A week after getting my car back, I was driving down the highway and my sun visor fell out and hit me in the face. It had been glued in as a cheap "fix." Checked and found the passenger side was also broken. I texted the service team and emailed Connor Moyer, the sales rep I purchased from, that day and heard nothing back. Called Service two days later and spoke with the tech, Kevin, and was scheduled to have my visors fixed, but was told I needed to clear it with the Sales to ensure they would cover the costs. I called Connor after speaking with Kevin and left a voicemail. Still nothing. Two days later, my car turns off suddenly while driving. Later that day it won't start. Called to speak with the sales manager and left a message for Dean. Still nothing. Called Saturday and was told by the secretary, "you won't get a sales manager on the phone on a Saturday; people on the sales floor take priority over phone calls." Was told I needed to go in to speak with someone. The day of my appointment, Kevin called and told me he spoke with Sales and they would be, "nice," and cover half of the cost to fix my visors, since it was over the 30 days since purchase. He told me that Connor had been on vacation - without an away message up on his voicemail or email, which is why I didn't hear back. So, I reached out and got the run around so that the thirty days would be up and they wouldn't have to cover the costs. Thirty days where I didn't have my car at least eight of those days, and was ignored for seven. Also a side note, my car hadn't been detailed when I purchased it as Connor had explained the guy that did the detailing was on vacation and I didn't receive my vehicle until after closing. He told me they would have it detailed when I came back for my spare key that was being made. When I picked my car up from having the window/steering wheel fixed, I was told, "they said they detailed it before you bought it." Then explain why I found dirty kitchen utensils, gum, and pens that weren't mine under the seats. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY!!! More

Had an issue with our jeep we purchased from another non jeep dealership in October. Kevin was able to get us in the next day and kept us informed about any problems and issues. Didn’t expect to have what w jeep dealership in October. Kevin was able to get us in the next day and kept us informed about any problems and issues.
