No appointment tire replacement I discovered a bolt in one of my rear tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove to Progressive to get it fixed. I was told it was unrepairable and need I discovered a bolt in one of my rear tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove to Progressive to get it fixed. I was told it was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Fred Keller did a fantastic job securing me 4 new tires and had them mounted and balanced within 4 hours. I was very appreciative of his quick solution to my problem, especially since I did not have an appointment that day. I would recommend anyone use your service and especially with Fred Keller. More

I have found over the many years of dealing with Progressive Service Dept . that this guy runs a one stop desk . My problem this time had to do with info on a loaded new Silverado Z71 off road pkg. Not only could Fred instantly answer all of my questions , but also helped me out with the major stone chip that happened to the hood and windshield of my BRAND NEW TRUCK (1500 mi.) . What if all Service Adviser were as qualified as Fred ? Now there's a thought to ponder on for a while ! More
