One of the best things about owning a Honda is how little maintenance they need. You can drive for miles and miles before you need to get an oil change. I have gone into the service department sometimes 2 and 3 times before they say I actually need to change the oil in my car. This cuts down on the amount of upkeep Honda's need. The service department is wonderful, especially Duke Chen!! They are all pleasant, professional and very quick. They always finish servicing my car in less time then they had expected to take, sometimes in as little as 15 to 20 minutes. The dealership keeps snacks drinks/coffee for their guests. Working with the sales and service staff at Proctor Honda is always a pleasant experience. I recommend them highly! More
