I originally purchased my car from Proctor Honda, and have continuously had it serviced there. My latest visit was at the Proctor Honda service department to have my 100,000 mile service. As you can imagine the 100k mark is a scary one, but I know that Proctor Honda has taken great care of my car, and I plan on driving it for a lot longer. This particular service went just as smooth as all the others, I was promptly attended to, and all my questions answered. Just as always, I had a professional and courteous experiences. The service was finished in a timely manner, and I was back on my way, with this visit being nothing but enjoyable. I have never had any problems with the Proctor company and believe that I never will. I hav eonly good things to say about Proctor Honda, and wouls strongly recommend this company to anyone. More
I have gotten in the habit of taking all of my vehicles to Proctor Honda because of the competent service department. Everything about it is very professional and easy. It may cost a bit more than an indep to Proctor Honda because of the competent service department. Everything about it is very professional and easy. It may cost a bit more than an independent mechanic...but the benefits outweigh the cost. Victor is always very polite and give me an honest breakdown of what the tech finds going on with the car. I came in to see about my battery starter and it turned out that i needed a new battery that was covered under warranty but not covered under me. Because of this there was a lot of back and fourth between out that i needed a new battery that was covered under warranty but not covered under me. Because of this there was a lot of back and fourth between Protor Honda and Anderson Honda in MAryland where I brought my car. Even though the turn out was not quite what I expected, Tony Badia was excellent. He was patient, understanding, and still tried to the best of his ability to get me the satisfaction I deserved. More
I rate my visit as excellent because Mr. Victor Whaley made my visit extra special. While I was waiting, Mr. Whaley advised me that my wait would be alittle over an hour, I told him I had no problem with made my visit extra special. Mr. Whaley went above and beyond the call of duty. He took me to sales car area and introduced me to Doug. We have been through a lot the last past 2 weeks with our daughter's accident and total loss of her 03 honda. The compassion Mr. Whaley gave made me feel right at home. He is to be commended and a monetary token of appreciation would be great too. I will always return a happy customer as long as you keep employees such as Mr. Whaley. More
I am a first-time Honda owner, and this was my first experience with Proctor Honda. To begin with, I was pleased to find that my time was treated with great respect. I arrived when the doors opened at 7:30, and I had to be at work by 8:30. I was greeted almost immediately by Zachary Fuller, who processed all the information within just a few minutes, and I was out the door a few minutes later in the shuttle. The driver, Billy, had me to work by 8:25. He was also kind enough to wait until the end of the day to pick me back up, so that I would miss as little work as possible. Upon my return, Zachary explained everything I needed to know thoroughly, and very patiently answered all my questions. I then paid my bill and was back on the road in no time. I was pleased, and impressed, by the overall courtesy and professionalism displayed by everyone I encountered. I rated the pricing as "good" only because I haven't researched the competitor's prices, so I don't really know how they compare. But my bill was well within, and even slightly below, my expectations, so I was pleased about that. Everything else was just great and I will certainly bring my Civic back for future servicing. More
