I really enjoy the prompt and courteous service I get when I go to Proctor Honda. I have been a client for years now and just wanted to say Thank You and that I Appreciate the Customer Service I am gr when I go to Proctor Honda. My husband James and I have been coming to Proctor Honda for several years now (since 2003 as matter of fact) and it's due to the wonderful customer service and the Quality of the work they have performed. I am always greeted with a smile when I come through the door and Vic; along with all the other Service Deportment Reps are ready to assist me. It just makes my day and makes me feel my vehicles needs are important. I have never had a bad experience with Proctor Honda and myself as well as my husband will be Loyal Clients of Proctor Honda; as long as their doors are open. For Customer Service I would give them "10" as I have always been treated with respect and actually felt the Service Department cared about my safety. I love my Honda's (2002 Honda Accord- 2007 Honda CRV-EXL) and I wouldn't trust them to be taking care of by anyone but the Proctor Honda Service Department. I am a regular person and no I didn't get paid to write a review; I just like giving "Credit" where "Credit" is due. So once again Thank You Proctor Honda; you guys are the Best and I would definitely Recommend your Service Department to anyone who wants Quality service with a smile!! Had a great experience in the service department- new battery kept going dead and they found a faulty AC relay all on a Saturday so didn't have to miss any work. I had to bring my car in twice in two weeks time; once because my car battery died right around the corner (luckily) from the Honda Service Department and then because the button to make my shifter work f because my car battery died right around the corner (luckily) from the Honda Service Department and then because the button to make my shifter work fell out. Both times I basically had to show up with little to no notice and the service department did not act bothered by my sudden appearance on their busy schedule.
