After working in the customer service industry for many years and even working at a local car dealership in town, team than I am with Proctor Honda. I am treated with so much respect and honesty when I come in, that they make me feel like I own the place. From the sweet cashier to the sales manager, everyone is amazing and genuinely cares about how you're doing and if their work is beyond satisfaction. This is by far the best experience I've had at a car service shop. I was able to create an early appointment to accommodate my work schedule, and they shuttled me off to work just minutes after dropping service shop. The moment it was done - just a few hours after dropping it off- I was shuttled back to my car, conveniently during my lunch hour per my request. Everyone was swift, friendly and efficient, and my final price was actually over $50 less than a quote I received from a Honda dealership in another town, which was great. I will most definitely be returning for future services and would highly recommend to anyone with a Honda! More

I have to say that the waiting area to have service done to the vehicles is very nice. This is important as sometimes it take more than an hour depending on what is done and how busy they are.
