Caring beyond the car buying service experience! We have been a customer of TonyBellomio’s and Proctor Acura since 2006. We have purchased several MDXs and a TL from them. The MDX is the only vehicle We have been a customer of TonyBellomio’s and Proctor Acura since 2006. We have purchased several MDXs and a TL from them. The MDX is the only vehicle we have ever purchased in 45 years of marriage and lots of vehicle purchases that we have consistently come back to purchase. This last year has been very difficult as my husband has dementia and Tony and Myron worked with me through some very difficult issues resulting from his illness. I appreciate the above and beyond attitude of the Proctor Acura team. Whatever the department may be, they’re wonderful people to work with and trust to take care of you and your vehicle’s needs. More

Totally Disappointed in Proctor Acura TLH We brought our 2000 Acura TL in because it was over-heating and smoking. We dropped it off at approximately 8:30 am on October 20th. At approximately We brought our 2000 Acura TL in because it was over-heating and smoking. We dropped it off at approximately 8:30 am on October 20th. At approximately 1:15 pm, we called the service center because we were told we'd have a diagnosis by noon. When we finally received a call back at 1:30 pm, we were informed that one of the radiator cooling fans, the radiator, thermostat and coolant needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $1,200. Furthermore, Alex Roland informed us that they couldn't further test the cooling system because they could not remove the "melted" radiator cap. We decided to take an alternate route. When we arrived to pay the diagnostic fee and pickup the vehicle, I was able to remove the radiator cap with little effort (????). Furthermore, we were able to get the radiator, cooling fan, thermostat, radiator cap and coolant replaced for $370 (includes parts & labor) with no other issues so far with the vehicle. We understand that our vehicle is 17 years old, but this experiences has really caused us to truly question the integrity of the Proctor product and services being that we are owners of a Proctor Acura and a Proctor Honda. Our future patronage of Proctor products and services has sincerely been jeopardized. More

I wanted a specific color and was told I had to accept what was on the lot. Tony had what I wanted in the color and he had 2.5 and 3.2. on the lot when we arrived. The manager would always treat us as though we were old friends when we came in to have the car serviced. The service department really spoiled us so I won't go anywhere else. I hear that Charles Boykins has retired but Alex was really nice when we came in so I think we're in good hands. More

excellent I live an hour and a half away from Tallahasee. Tony in the Service part always is attentive to my pertinent auto needs. They have ran off maps for me to find a location in Tallahasee even. Ron Plymel called and reminded me about my Air bag recall, and set me up an appointment the next day .
