Proctor Acura is a great dealership. From sales to service it is top notch. You are always greeted quickly and someone is always available to explain everything to you from sales to service. I did not purchase my Acura from this proctor, but I do have it serviced there. They are friendly and courteous. They honored the remainder of the warranty without hassle. I don't mind waiting a couple of hours at the dealer, they have wifi, TV, drinks and some food stuff available. They also have a shuttle that take you home and picks you back up. Robert followed up with several e-mails after my first inquiry. When I called he looked around the car. He described one of the scatches it had while I was on the phone and said there were no dents. He was very attentive and polite. At the dealership there was a misunderstanding about leather seat. When I showed Robert the add showing the leather seats,(after looking at the photos I could see the seats were not leather, although it was not obviouse)he ask what I would offer without the leather I told him. Mr Proctor came out introduced himself and accepted my offer, even though I was over 200 miles from home he didn't try to get afew hundred dollars more from me. Which probaly would not have worked and definetly whould not have left me with the good impression of him that have now. I got a good car at a good price and without the hastel I had at other dealers. I was left with a vert high opinion of this salesman and dealership and will tell others. Tom Frazier More

As a military service member and internet customer, I found out about Proctor Acura through the USAA Car Buying Service. Through the car buying service, a good and fair price was established upfront and found out about Proctor Acura through the USAA Car Buying Service. Through the car buying service, a good and fair price was established upfront and before we even initiated contact with the dealer . . . which made for an easy and negotiation free experience. The internet sales manager, Robert Durand called right away and setup a test drive for us of not only the Acura RDX we were looking at, but also offered and acquired a Honda CR-V ex-L that we mentioned we also wanted to test drive. Robert was polite and professional as he never bashed the other brands of cars we planned to test drive, but simply let the Acura speak for itself as he encouraged us to push its limits during the test drive. Robert was also easy to deal with through email and phone at almost any hour of the night which made it easy for us to purchase from Proctor even though we are stationed 2 hours away in Alabama. The Finance Manager, Will Benedicks was also very helpful in finalizing the financing and working with us to get the vehicle titled in our resident state of North Dakota. Robert and Will had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and the vehicle prepped and waiting for us when we showed up to take delivery. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and enjoyed dealing with Proctor Acura in Tallahassee. More

When I first bought my TL, I had a paint problem in the back corner where the body meets the glass. and definitely look forward to working with you. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service--though it is a little pricey, it is definitely worth it for the quality of the service. When we bought the car a little over a year ago, we worked with Darryl, who made the experience pleasant rather than an ordeal. I will definitely go back to Proctor for my next car. More
