Well.. I did it again.. I bought another Acura from Tony. Tony makes it easy! After putting 100K+ miles on my 2004 TL it was time for a new one. I was not a fan of the new TL 'look' so I was thinking abou Tony makes it easy! After putting 100K+ miles on my 2004 TL it was time for a new one. I was not a fan of the new TL 'look' so I was thinking about buying a certified used 2008 TL and Tony let me take it for the weekend. When I brought it back to the lot I could not take my eyes off the 2010 TSX (V6 model) and Tony encouraged me to take it for the day. I was driving a brand new, 2010, with only 40 miles on it! I loved it and came back the next day to buy it. Tony and the entire Acura team (Myron as well) were fantastic. I'm in sales and I know that I want to be treated like I treat my clients. Tony and his team do that. I have had the pleasure of recommending a number of my friends and family towards doing business with Tony and Proctor Acura. Tony has pleased them as much as he has pleased me. Thanks Tony and Proctor! More
Great overall experience. Did a cash for clunker deal here, and was the first such transaction for this dealership. We had a bit of a learning curve, but overall the experience was seamless. Tony was our salesman and he was upfront and helpful. We took the car for a 2 day test with no hassle. Other than the hoops the Federal Goverment required for the trade, the dealership was great. Honda products have been good to me for the last 10 years and I would not heisitate to purchase here again. I would recommend Proctor Acura and Tony highly. More

My experience was great. I visited the dealership several times speaking with both Obie and Robert. Neither were pushy they just continued to provide me information I needed. I told them I was looking at two different makes of cars and they assisted in making the comparison between the two. They never said anything too make the other make of vehicle look bad in fact they stated that it was really my driving preferance that made the MDX look more like the vehicle I would enjoy the most and they were right. They were always friendly and helpful each an everytime I visited the dealership. More
Great Service. Both employees goes out of their way to assist you and take care of your car problem. I highly recommend this dealership for sales & service. Had problems with car not starting up on several occassions, unfortunately I loss a day from work and had to tow the car in the dealership. Found out the Fog lights in the car was never attached, causing a short in the system. The service department took care of the problem immediately and happily went on my way. Thank you Proctor Acura! The Service Department is always very friendly and processional. I’ve always had a good experience with the dealership until this last appointment. When I called to make my service appointment I was processional. I’ve always had a good experience with the dealership until this last appointment. When I called to make my service appointment I was unhappy to hear a loaner car is not offered for oil changes anymore. I think its poor customer service on Acura part to suddenly revoke this service after 5 years. This service was a determining factor for purchasing my Acura. The last 2 times I've brought my car in for service I've asked to have my tires checked due to a vibration. Each time it has been determined the weights have come off the tires and are out of balance. We paid each time to have them rebalanced. I feel the first time should have been on us but the second time should have been on Acura as I have not hit anything or driven my car in any way to make the weights come off my tires. More

The reason why I gave the rating I have was because I enjoyed the fact when I got on your web site it was easy to explore. It was very impressive on how quick a representive call me after putting in my request on a vehicle I liked very impressive.Finally after I got to the dealer I was greeted with a smile and was offered something to drink and I was shown to a seat while I waited for Robert the salemen who sold me my wonderful Acura TL. Everyone loves my car and so do I people tells me that this is a good car to have and that they haven't heard of them having any major problem I hope they are right.
