Diane was great in the Finance department (no surprises). Finally, no dealership can be successful without a great service department. Ron and Charles are World Class. My wife and I look forward to seeing them. Oh, did I mention that I live 86 miles away. I have other choices but, my choice is Proctor and Acura. More
This is my 3rd purchase from this dealer. I leased a TSX in Nov 2006 and leased one for my daughter 30 days later. I just bought a 2008 TL yesterday. The service dept is what keeps me coming back. I am a salesman and my daughter is an attorney and we depend on our cars. The loaner program is a must for us. However., this dealer has cut back on giving a loaner for routine work like oil changes which I am not happy about at all. i would like them to re-think that. Even if they lose a few bucks on that for an oil change, they make it ip in goodwill. Tony Bellomio, my sales rep, is very good. He treats me professionally and doesn't play the "salesman games" so many car dealers feel they need to play. I am a very busy person and Tony respects my time. I have recommended this dealer to others. Finally, both my daughter and my wife appreciate the way they are treated by the service staff. Many auto service departments treat women poorly - big mistake as they control most of what is purchased in a household. Thanks Bob Meter More

Robert contacted me and we discussed my options. He was so polite and knowledgable. He treated me with respect from the moment we talked on the phone to the time I picked up my new car. Financing was also a snap! I completed the application online and by the time I arrived at the dealership to sign the papers, my paperwork was waiting for me. My wife and I just bought a new Acura TL from Proctor Acura. I'm not sure what they could do to make the exerience more pleasant other than to just give us the car instead of requiring that we pay for i Acura. Robert Durand politely communicated with us for several weeks via e-mail. What we appreciate the most is that Robert was not "pushy". On the contrary, he was at all times pleasant and honest with us both over the Internet and in person. The same can be said for Myron Steen and Charlie Delgado. These gentlemen have helped to create a warm atmosphere of professionalism at Proctor Acura, along with the Service Managers that we were kindly introduced to. A first-class organization. More

I live in Mobile, AL and it was really a "fluke" that I ended up buying an Acura from Proctor Acura in Tallahassee. I had been talking with several Acura dealers near Mobile. One dealership wouldn't budg ended up buying an Acura from Proctor Acura in Tallahassee. I had been talking with several Acura dealers near Mobile. One dealership wouldn't budge on the price and another dealership didn't have the car I wanted. A salesperson with a dealership in Louisiana didn't even call me back. With my permission, Ft. Walton gave my name/phone number to Proctor Acura. Myron Steen called me back promptly. I had a really good feeling in talking with him over the phone. He had the car I wanted plus a price I was comfortable with, but more importantly he was extremely nice and professional. Robert Durand called and told me he would help me when I arrived to get my car. Like Myron, Robert is extremely nice and professional. He was waiting at the door for me when I arrived. It really made me feel special. Both Myron and Robert were ready for me with all the paperwork, etc. so it was a relatively quick process which was great since I had a long drive home. I can't say enough good things about Myron and Robert. They have superb customer service skills. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. More
My wife and I bought a 2009 MDX from an Orlando Acura Dealer. We did this only because the MDX was available as a dealer demo. It was the right color, it was available, and the price was untouchable. Knowing the Proctor Acura Team like I do (I have purchased 5 vehicles over the years) I felt comfortable bringing in an Acura that I didn't purchase from them for service. The MDX had an issue with the battery (10,000 miles on the MDX) and went to see Ron and Charles. I dropped in, without an appointment, and they told me they could work me in within 90 mins. They made it happen.. replaced the battery and washed the MDX and had it back to me within 90 mins. I was more than satisfied w/ the service and the professionalism that Ron and Charles always show is impressive. I'll continue to do business with this Team for years to come. Thanks guys! More
