After seven vehicles from Proctors we have never had a bad experience and we feel like family. They are good folks. We have gotten Hondas, Acuras and a GMC. Mike Grinberg is my neighbor in Killearn and I recently started to search for a car for my upcoming job. I was trying to buy using Power of Attorney since my husband is deployed. I had a hard time getting them to accept the POA even though it was still valid and was specific to buying the car I purchased. I understand their need to be cautious and I applaud that, but from my end it was a little frustrating and delayed my purchase by 2 days. Throughout the process I spoke with several people from the dealership in trying to get the issue resolved. Most of them were extremely friendly but it seemed like one or two didn't want to speak directly with me and relayed messages through someone else. The price was good for a Certified TL with Navigation. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Robert and Myron and I'm sure the entire process would have been a breeze if it weren't for me using a POA. More
