This is the second Acura I have purchased from Proctor's and Tony Bellomio. Obviously, we are very pleased or we would not have purchased this new one. Tony is not your standard salesman, in that he tells and Tony Bellomio. Obviously, we are very pleased or we would not have purchased this new one. Tony is not your standard salesman, in that he tells the truth and does exactly what he promises. Proctor is also a great dealership and stands behind what Tony says. The Acura product is perfect in every way. We have not found anything that does not fit properly or any malfunctions. My first experience purchasing a used 2010 Acura TL from Proctor Acura was very good. Mac Nolen was very helpful, personable, and was not a pushy car salesman. I test drove several other brands of vehicles in addition to the Acura. That alone helped confirm I was choosing the right brand. Completing the sale was very quick and easy; and Mac was willing to even give a lesson on the TECH features to a new "low-tech" owner so that I could get the basic settings to my liking. I was assured the dealership stands behind its cars and is there to help any time needed. More

I just leased my 5th and 6th cars from Tony and Proctor. It is hard to say in words what a first class sales experience feels like. But my actions say it all. Our salesman, Mr. Mac Nolen, was courteous, personable, concerned that the vehicle met our needs, and very knowlegable about Acura products, and the features of our MDX, which has the Tech Package. He has good people skills and we will seek him out in the future when we need an automobile. Will ________, who discussed our trade-in with us, was polite and helpful. And Diane ________, who cared for the paper-work was efficient and pleasant. This is the fourth car we have purchased from Proctor. We appreciate your commitment to excellence and customer service! Overall this is the 8th Honda/Acura vehicle we have purchased. And our oldest daughter is now driving her second Acura TL. We love the Honda engines - especially in an Acura body! More
In 2009, My wife and I both obtained 2009 TL's from Robert Durand even though he's 180 miles away. Our local dealership refused to give us competitive pricing so we turned to Proctor Acura. It was a seamless, turnkey transaction, they were excellent in all phases of the process. To our surprise, they contacted us last month and made us a great offer on 2011 TL's even though our leases weren't due for another year. They picked up the remainder of the lease and also lowered our lease payments! This transaction was even smoother, we were in and out in less than an hour. Robert is an excellent consultant, highly professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he knows how to deal with experienced car buyers who are armed with research. They will not insult you with pricing and understand the value of your time. Even though we have been transferred and are now 300 miles away, we'll be back! More
