I brought my car in for the 30 day checkup (I bought my car in February). The fact that they do this on every new car is great, and it was no inconvenience! I brought my MDX in for its first service a couple of weeks ago. Ron met me at my car, with paperwork ready to go. Once inside, he walked me through the serviced items needed. He also asked me if I have my service coupons, but I had forgotten them at home. He saw I had my phone and asked me if I still had the email with the service discounts. I looked on my phone and I did and they graciously accepted my discount. It is the little things like this that make me bring my car and my business back to Proctor Acura! Thank you for wonderful service in a pleasant atmosphere. More

I can't even tell where the damage was to begin with! I also had a diagnostic test done and a new battery put in. I am very pleased. Both Ron and Tony B. were very helpful and explained everything to me to my satisfaction. Everything was ready on time and my "loaner" car was exceptional also. There is one thing - I wish you were closer to Orlando. It's a bummer to have to travel over 4 hrs. to get high quality work done on my car. I have been your customer for over 8 yrs. and Tony B. has been my contact for all work done. He has always made sure that my car was in tip top shape before I left the garage. As a single woman who knows squat about cars but lots about photography.... I truly appreciate it. Of course i could always move to Tallahassee....um, not a chance though. The only somewhat unpleasant part of my recent service experience was the cost- which couldn't be helped, given that I had exterior body damage to my car. Other than that, just like everything with Procto experience was the cost- which couldn't be helped, given that I had exterior body damage to my car. Other than that, just like everything with Proctor- it was above and beyond. Mr. Plymel is a sweet man- I sincerely appreciate the kind nature of all the staff, but he really makes you feel comfortable (even when you're about to shell out a large sum of money). I refer to my car as the extravagant purchase I made during my "quarter-life crisis." I don't regret it for a moment- and the care and service I receive from Proctor reaffirms that every time. I won't buy another type of car from any other dealership (although every time I get a loaner I decide that will be my next model Acura). More
I have had my TL for about 7 years and I have almost 160,000 miles on my car. I moved back to Tallahassee from South Florida and I always return to the dealership for my scheduled maintenance. I am a newer Proctor member, but I am glad I associate with them. When I go in for maintenance, if there were any issues, they would let me know and provide me options. The service department would let me know if the problem needed immediate attention or if it is something that could be fixed down the road or during my next visit. I have an extended warranty and when my transmission went out, my warranty company wanted me to have someone else look at the transmission and have an adjuster come out. Charles was very accommodating and even recommended a repair shop that I could take my car too. They did a wonderful job. BUT I am NOT happy with the warranty company! lol OVERALL this is a wonderful and friendly dealership that I would recommend ANY and EVERYONE with an Acura or looking to purchase one... go to Proctor!!! More
After extensive research, I purchased an Acura MDX. I wanted a vehicle that would be just as dependable at 150,000 miles as the day I bought it. Each time I have visited the service department, Mr. Boyk wanted a vehicle that would be just as dependable at 150,000 miles as the day I bought it. Each time I have visited the service department, Mr. Boykin has handled my appointment. He is a pleasure to deal with. My appointments are always prompt. He explains everything clearly. He lets me know of any specials being offered that I may be interested in. All of the employees have been very nice. I'm so impressed with the service department and the friendly staff, that I'm certain my next vehicle will be another Acura. The service can't be beat!! More

Service at Proctor s is always above and beyond Excellent. Charles took care of an item that was technically out of my stated warranty period. This out of the ordinary and kind gesture was simply to help make absolute positive that the recurring issue I was experiencing with a rear hatch noise was finbally nipped in the bud . Peter B. (the service dept. mgr.) was also very generous to see this item taken care of by Acura as well. Tony B. gladly came out when I came to pick up my car from service to explain a few ins and outs of the Navi system to help prepare me for a trip up into the NC mountains in the near future. It s a feature of the vehicle I haven t used much til now. I m positive finding several detination points much greater ease as well as making it quicker to get there. Thank you Tony B. , Peter B, and Charles B. very much as well as Proctor s Acura. I m back in love with my MDX. Sincerely, Chris Chrestensen P.S.: And, I appreciate the common courtesy wash as well. We worked with Tony Bellomio in order to buy the MDX. He was extremely knowledgable about the car, the phone hookup, and the navigation system.
