I call to make an appointment a day or two ahead and when I arrive they get me in and out of there quickly. As a busy professional, I appreciate that. 7100 miles! Time for an oil change. Amazing! I told my Daddy, that's what we call them in the South, and I thought I heard a gasp. I was even amazed that my Acura RDX went 7100 miles safely and still had Daddy, that's what we call them in the South, and I thought I heard a gasp. I was even amazed that my Acura RDX went 7100 miles safely and still had 15% oil life. A gentle ring alerted me to the need for service and that's where it started. An appointment was scheduled and a loaner reserved for MY convenience! I showed up and I am walked through the steps of the service procedure. "Have a seat! Would you like water or something to drink?". My paperwork was processed,my loaner was waiting and I was on my way back to work! Three hours later I returned to the dealership and completed the service process by paying a very reasonable fee and collected my RDX with fresh oil AND it was detailed. Charles Boykin handled the process beautifully! I didn't expect perfection but that's what Charles and Proctor Acura gave me! Well done! More
