Since buying our Acura from Proctor Acura. We have been back a couple of times for oil change service. The times that we have been the service and employees are always WONDERFUL! If you choose to stay whil back a couple of times for oil change service. The times that we have been the service and employees are always WONDERFUL! If you choose to stay while your car is serviced the wait is never that long even on a Saturday! The customer waiting area is always clean, there is a tv and free wifi, and the beverage and snacks are always great quality and super fresh! The employees are always so polite and helpful! We have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! This has to be one of the nicest and friendliest dealership we have ever been to. More
I normally don’t write reviews, but I really feel the need to express my appreciation for the great service I recently received at Proctor Acura Service Center. I went to the dealership to have my autom need to express my appreciation for the great service I recently received at Proctor Acura Service Center. I went to the dealership to have my automobile serviced, and I decided to wait in the customer service lounge until the auto repair technicians completed the service. While I generally like to drop off my auto for service, I totally do not mind waiting at the Proctor Acura Dealership. The service is relatively quick, the cost of repairs is not outrageous, and the lounge area is comfortable. On this particular visit, it was storming as I parked to wait for the service center to open (I was early). I was prepared to run to the office to tell the service representative why I was there, but he directed me to drive to a covered area of the service center so that I would not get wet. I thought that was really nice. We discussed the estimate for repair and he offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum. In spite of the storm, I accepted and went to the customer lounge to wait for my auto. The smell of fresh coffee greeted me as soon as I approached the lounge. I love that Proctor Acura has a variety of beverages and snacks available for its customers. Wi-Fi is also available. For those who don’t have a need for the Internet, a large flat screen television is available for viewing while you wait. My son, whose Acura was totaled in a car accident constantly complains about the service he receives on his non-Acura at another local dealership. This is because he is used to the great service he received at Proctor Acura. He was a teenager when he would bring his car to the Acura Service Center for repairs/service, and the representatives treated him with the utmost respect. That was more than 3 years ago, and he still talks about Acura service. He has even stopped taking his car to the dealership because of the lack of customer service. I think that I will be an Acura owner forever. I love my Acura and I love the service I receive from my dealer -- Proctor Acura. More

The entire service team at Proctor was great. Although my car is a 2004 model they treated me like I had just bought the best car on the lot. They were super quick delivering the car before it was promised, car is a 2004 model they treated me like I had just bought the best car on the lot. They were super quick delivering the car before it was promised, and gave me a loaner car to get back to my office. the coffee was even great in the waiting area. When I came to pick up the car, it had been washed and vaccumed, a really nice touch that actually crossed one more to do item off of my list. All things considered, the experience would be hard to make better. The service team at Proctor was great. More

Each time I have my car serviced I feel great about that decision I made to purchase my Acura three years ago. They make you feel right at home from the time you step into the building from checking out at the register. I am greeted on first name basis, which makes me feel respected and I feel as if they value my time and money. I don't know much about servicing vehicles, but they explain everything in layman's terms so that I can have a better understanding. Additionally, I did not realize that I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle. After giving Charles the information he immediately phoned the company so that my service could be expedited.
